We are happy to join you in this journey of services and moving your loved one towards INDEPENDENCE! Our administrative and client coordinators will serve as your primary contact person throughout the funding verification process.
Here is how we can get started and getting therapy services:
1. Contact our office by calling us or contacting us via Skype. A member of our staff will conduct an intake up to 15 minutes.
2. Our office will email you our family handbook and mail a brochure to your mailing address.
3. Family handbooks explain our philosophy, policies, and service hours. Family handbooks also contain several forms that must be completed and returned to our office prior to setting up an evaluation or home program assessement.
4. Provide us with funding information. Parents may elect to pay privately, use their medical insurance or health savings plans, school district or state funding. Our administrative staff will work with you for preauthorization and funding options. In most cases, funding must be verified prior to the initiation of the assessment and therapy services.
